Do you have a cancellation policy?

Once a wedding date has been agreed cancellation fees will be applicable.  Should you need to cancel less than 9 months prior to the date of your wedding I request payment to the value of 25% of the total agreed rate. Should you cancel less than 6 months prior to the date of your wedding I request 50% payment of the total rate. If you cancel within 1 month, I request full payment. Requests for postponements will be judged on a case by case basis but I will make every effort to accommodate all bookings.

Do you require a deposit?

I ask for a non-refundable £500 deposit when you book which secures the date permanently. Once I have finished your wedding photos I will email you to request the final payment of £1500.

Do you charge for travel?

Only for weddings over 40 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire. Please email me to discuss this further.

Let’s chat video, how does its work with photography?

I love shooting with videographers, I have a few which I highly recommend. If it’s something you are thinking about I can make some suggestions but it’s not a medium I shoot myself.

What happens if you are ill or can’t make it to our wedding?

No need to worry. I have a network of photographers who I’m in contact with and we are there to cover each other should the worst happen. But in all my years of do this, including throughout covid, this has never happened.

Do you work with a second shooter?

Mostly it’s just me but if you would like an extra person there, perhaps to capture groom prep or if you have a particularly large number of guest then I have a couple of absolute legends I recommend who can come and second shoot for me. We can chat more about that when we meet.

Do you require food or accommodation?

A sandwich or bar meal would be greatly appreciated. I’m not a fussy eater. I would only require accommodation if your wedding is two or more hours from Thame, Oxfordshire. I have no dietary requirements but some coffee (white no sugar) when I arrive is always welcome.

How many photos will we receive?

It varies from wedding to wedding depending on the length and type of day you have but never less than 400. I always deliver the best selection of high resolution images in a mix of colour and black and white.
